To provide ongoing, personalized guidance and accountability so participants can persist through the challenges of post-secondary life whether that’s in college, workforce training, entrepreneurship, or direct-to-career pathways.

Individualized Success Plan (ISP)
Students create a detailed roadmap for their next steps with clear academic, financial, socio-emotional, and career goals.

Monthly Check-Ins & Coaching Advisors maintain regular contact through calls, texts, or meetings to review progress, provide resources, and troubleshoot barriers. |
Workshops & Programming Focus areas include FAFSA completion, scholarship searches, budgeting, career exploration, time management, and mental wellness. |

Resources & Referrals Access to wraparound support, including mental health resources, childcare solutions, transportation help, and professional attire support. |
Accountability & Milestones (The “Passport”) Participants receive a physical “passport” where they track key milestones like completing FAFSA, enrolling in classes, attending workshops, and securing employment or internships. |

Study Abroad / Service Trips Participants have the opportunity to engage in educational travel experiences, cultural exchanges, and service-learning projects. These opportunities expose students to life beyond their immediate environments, helping them build global awareness, cultural competency, and leadership skills. |
